MORANG, Dec 8: Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula has said that there was no possibility of changing the incumbent government before the local bodies' election.
Talking with journalists at Biratnagar Airport today, leader Sitaula ruled out the rumor of changing government.
He added the constitution amendment bill registered in the parliament would be passed forging consensus among the political parties.
In another note, he stressed on all party unity for the implementation of the constitution. RSS
