Health Ministry reports 139 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours

KATHMANDU, July 27: As many as 139 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in various parts of the country in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

KATHMANDU, July 27: As many as 139 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in various parts of the country in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).


At a regular media briefing, Jageshwar Gautam, spokesperson for the MoHP, said that 139 new cases of COVID-19 detected during PCR tests conducted in various labs across the country in the past 24 hours. "With this, the number of coronavirus cases has soared to 18,752 in Nepal," Gautam said.

According to Gautam, there are currently 4,950 active cases of coronavirus across the country.
