KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Bhim Parajuli, a central member of the Nepali Congress, has registered his candidature for a member of the Provincial Assembly.
Parajuli registered his candidature at Hridayendra Child Udyan located in Biratnagar-1 at 11:45AM.
