KATHMANDU, July 11: The District Police Range (DPR), Kathmandu, has summoned Dr. Phani Raj Pathak, communication secretary of former king Gyanedra Shah, for questioning.
According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Apil Raj Bohara at the DPR, Pathak has been summoned to clarify the existence of the secretariat of the former king.
"The law does not recognize former king Shah's secretariat," SP Bohara told Republica, "We want to determine the legal side behind the existence of the secretariat."
